Section R. 325.3321 - Mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park water system requirements; water system classificationRule 21.
(1) A mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park water system shall meet the requirements as prescribed by Act No. 399 of the Public Acts of 1976, being §325.1001 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and the rules promulgated pursuant to that act, being R 325.10101 et seq. of the Michigan Administrative Code.(2) A mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park water system serving or intended to serve 15 or more mobile home sites or service connections or regularly serving an average of not less than 25 individuals daily is a type I system.(3) A mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park water system serving or intended to serve less than 15 mobile home sites or service connections or regularly serving an average of less than 25 individuals daily is a type III system.(4) A mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall be served by a common water supply system.(5) A site in a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall be provided with an individual water service connection.Mich.
