Section R. 336.1943 - General provisions for emission standard

Rule 943.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart A, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "General Provisions," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart A, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart A mean the department.
