Section R. 340.1167 - Interim school nurse certificateRule 7.
(1) An interim school nurse certificate may be issued, after July 1, 1975, upon request of the employing school district to an applicant who holds a currently valid Michigan license as a registered nurse.(2) An interim school nurse certificate is valid for 2 years and may be renewed for 1 additional 2-year period upon request of the employing school district and submission of evidence of the completion of 8 semester hours of course work in a program planned to fulfill the requirements specified in R 340.1165.(3) This rule is in effect as long as the applicant holds a currently valid Michigan license as a registered nurse.Mich.
