Section R. 393.5075 - HearingsRule 75.
(1) Hearings shall be held pursuant to administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.(2) Appeal decisions provided in R 393.5033(5) shall be made by the director of the division on deaf and hard of hearing and include a review of the documents submitted.(3) The director shall within 10 business days of receiving a request for an appeal, review any additional documentation provided by the appellant and render a decision.(4) Judicial review of a final decision or order shall be available as provided by the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.Mich.
