(1) Sewage shall be discharged into a municipal sewer system, when available, or into a sewage disposal system that is approved by applicable state or local authorities. Sewage shall not be disposed of on the ground surface.(2) An adequate number of durable, fly-tight, clean containers that are in good condition shall be provided for storing garbage and other refuse.(3) Refuse shall be collected at least once a week or more often if necessary. The disposal of garbage and other refuse shall be in accordance with state and local law.(4) Shelters and common use facilities shall be free of insects, rodents, and other vermin.Mich. Admin.
