Section 36.03.11.02 - Hours of OperationA. A facility operator may not offer fewer hours of operation than provided for in State law without the prior written approval of the Commission.B. A facility operator that has received Commission approval to offer fewer hours of operation under §A of this regulation may, upon written notice to the Commission, extend its hours of operation up to and including those allowable under State law.Md.
