Section 33.22.02.01 - Late Filing FeeA. Late Fee Penalty. The State Board shall assess a late filing fee of $10 for each day or part of a day that the statement of contributions is overdue.B. Maximum Fee. The maximum fee assessed under §A of this regulation is $500.Md. Code Regs. 33.22.02.01
