Section 26.23.06.02 - Areas Designated as Nontidal Wetlands of Special State Concern Located in the Critical Area

A. Maps of areas designated as nontidal wetlands of special State concern in the Critical Area shall be maintained by the Department and available for public review. Areas designated as nontidal wetlands of special State concern in the Critical Area are listed in §§B-Q of this regulation.
