Section 26.20.25.01 - Clearing and Disposal of Trees and Shrubs

All trees and shrubs shall be cut and removed from the affected area. Shrubs or brush removed from the disturbed area shall be buried at the bottom of the pit, separate from any acid or toxic materials, or in other suitable locations approved by the Bureau.
