Section 26.13.06.04 - Contingency Plan and Emergency Procedures
A. Except as provided in §B of this regulation, an owner or operator of a facility subject to this chapter shall comply with COMAR 26.13.05.04 s.
B. For the purposes of this chapter, in COMAR 26.13.05.04 s E(1), "Facility permit is revised" is replaced with "Applicable regulations are revised".
