Section 26.12.02.04 - Notification and Hearings

A. Notification of Denial, Suspension, or Revocation; Hearing. An order denying, suspending, or revoking a license or certificate, or the granting of a license or certificate with conditions, shall be personally served as summonses are served, or by certified mail, upon the applicant or licensee and shall be final unless the applicant or licensee requests a hearing before the Department within 10 days after service.

B. When a hearing is requested by the applicant or licensee, under §A of this regulation, it shall be held pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, State Government Article, §§ 10-201 -10-226, Annotated Code of Maryland.
