Section 26.11.23.08 - Management Planner Training Course Requirements

A. Management planners seeking accreditation shall successfully complete an inspection training course as outlined in Regulation .07 of this chapter, and the 2-day management planner training course. The training program shall include lectures, demonstrations, course review, and a written examination.

B. The management planner's training course shall adequately address the training topics as described in 40 CFR Part 763(1997), Appendix C to Subpart E-----Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan, I. B. Initial Training: 4. Management Planner. (a) Course overview through (l) Course review, which is incorporated by reference.
