Section 26.11.18.04 - Control of Orchard Heaters in Areas I, II, V, and VI

A person may not cause or permit to be used any type of orchard heater or other frost control device which discharges into the atmosphere more than 1 gram per minute of unconsumed carbonaceous matter.
