Section 26.11.12.02 - Applicability

A. Any source which is subject to the provisions of this chapter is also subject to the provisions of any other chapter. However, when this chapter establishes an emissions standard for a specific installation which differs from the general emission standards in COMAR 26.11.06.01 a -.09, this chapter takes precedence.

B. This chapter applies to a person who owns or operates a batch type hot-dip galvanizing installation.

C. This chapter applies Statewide.
