Section 26.11.09.02 - Applicability

A. Any source which is subject to the provision of this chapter is also subject to the provisions of any other chapter. However, when this chapter establishes an emission standard for a specific installation which differs from the general emission standards in COMAR 26.11.06.01 a -.09, this chapter takes precedence.

B. A person who proposes to burn as fuel any used oil or WCF that contains quantifiable levels of PCB (2ppm) may also be subject to federal requirements under 40 CFR 761.
