Except for temporary licenses, all licenses issued by the Board expire on June 1 of each odd-numbered year. Temporary licenses expire as shown on the license. Any change of name, address, or employment from that which appears on the current license of any licensee shall be reported to the Board, in writing, within 30 days of the change, Otherwise the license is void.
