Section 26.04.01.24 - Notice of Violation and Orders

A. When the Approving Authority determines that a supplier of water has not complied with this regulation, the Approving Authority shall issue a notice of violation, or order in writing to the supplier of water stating the:

(1) Regulation being violated;

(2) Corrective action required from the supplier of water; and

(3) Period of time in which the violation shall be corrected.

B. If a supplier of water fails to comply with the notice of violation or order, the Approving Authority may enter a civil action.
