Section 26.01.07.04 - Requests for Public Informational Hearing
A. Any interested person may file a written request for a public informational hearing. The request shall be filed within 14 calendar days of publication of the notice required under Regulation .03B of this chapter.
B. A request for hearing shall be considered filed when it is received at the office of the Director, Water Management Administration, 2500 Broening Highway, Baltimore, MD 21224.
