Section 26.01.01.02 - Notice of Hearing

Published or circulated notice of the hearing shall contain:

A. The time of the hearing, if required;

B. The place of the hearing, giving the street address, floor, and designated room;

C. The purpose of the hearing, in clear, intelligible language;

D. If necessary, reference to the particular statute which gives authority for the hearing and the proposed regulation.
