Section 24.01.03.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Department" means the Department of Business and Economic Development.

(2) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Business and Economic Development or the Secretary's designee.
