The requirements in Regulations .05A(1) and (2) and C and .06A of this chapter do not apply to a master contract for construction that is procured and awarded under this chapter and states how task orders will be awarded and the maximum number of qualified contracto rs that will be awarded a master contractor agreement for construction.
