Section 19A.07.01.15 - Disclosure of Statistics; Notice to Official Named in ReportA. After each reporting period, the Ethics Commission shall compute and make available: (1) For each of the categories of expenses set forth in Regulation .07B(2) of this chapter, a total of the expenditures reported by all regulated lobbyists in that category;(2) For the categories of expenses required to be reported by Regulation .07B(2)(e)-(g) of this chapter, a combined total of the expenditures reported by all regulated lobbyists; and(3) The total of the reported expenditures by all regulated lobbyists for lobbying activities during the reporting period.B. If a report required by Regulation .07 or .08 of this chapter contains the name of an official or employee in the Executive or Legislative Branch or the name of a member of the official's or employee's immediate family, the Ethics Commission shall:(1) Notify the official or employee within 30 days of receipt of the report by the Ethics Commission;(2) Provide the official or employee 30 days after receiving the notice to submit a written exception to the inclusion in the report of the name of the official, employee, or member of the official's or employee's immediate family; and(3) Keep the report confidential for 60 days after its receipt.Md.
