Section 18.04.08.06 - Fee TiersA. Documents filed in hard copy with a request to be processed under Corporations and Associations Article, § 1-203.2(b)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland, shall be accompanied by an expediting fee of $425.B. Documents filed online with a request to be processed under Corporations and Associations Article, § 1-203.2(b)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland, shall be accompanied by an expediting fee of $325.C. Documents filed in hard copy or online with an expedited request not under Corporations and Associations Article, § 1-203.2(b)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland, shall be accompanied by an expediting fee of $50 unless otherwise provided by law.Md.
