Section 17.04.07.03 - TimelinessA. An appeal shall be received by the Office not later than 10 calendar days after the date the appellant received the decision of the head of the principal unit or the unit head's designee.B. Whenever service of a decision under §A of this regulation is by regular mail, 3 business days shall be added to the period for an employee to file an appeal.C.
