Section 15.22.04.05 - Certification Application, Inspection, Use of Logo, and Fees

Organic animal producers shall follow regulations concerning certification, application, inspection, fees, and use of logo, as required under COMAR 15.22.03. The Department shall follow regulations on initial determination and denial of application, in accordance with COMAR 15.22.03.12A.
