Section 15.11.19.02 - Definition

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated:

(1) "Disease" means a contagious or infectious disease affecting domestic animals.

(2) "Secretary" means the Maryland Secretary of Agriculture or the Secretary's designee, including the State Veterinarian and staff.
