Section 14.39.02.10 - Rescinding Planning Approval

A. If, within 2 years after a project is approved for planning, no part of the project is under contract for design, the IAC may determine the project to be abandoned and rescind the planning approval.

B. An LEA that seeks reapproval of a project whose planning approval has been rescinded shall submit a new planning request in a future local capital improvement program.
