Section 13A.11.06.08 - AppealsA. An applicant or eligible individual or an individual's representative may request an appeal hearing if the Division takes any of the following actions with respect to any records in the custody of the Division which contain personal information about the client: (1) Denies a request to inspect and obtain copies of the records;(2) Denies a request to amend or correct records;(3) Fails to attach a statement of disagreement to a disputed record; or(4) Fails to provide a statement of the disagreement when a disputed record is disclosed to another person.B. The appeal hearing shall be conducted in accordance with COMAR 13A.11.07.Md. Code Regs. 13A.11.06.08
