Section 12.13.02.02 - DefinitionsA. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.B. Terms Defined. (1) "Crime of violence" has the meaning stated in Criminal Law Article, § 14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland.(2) "Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) " has the meaning stated in Criminal Procedure Article, § 10-201, Annotated Code of Maryland.(3) "Director" means the Director of the Division of Parole and Probation.(4) "Division " means the Division of Parole and Probation.(5) "Individual of record" means the individual:(a) To whom the certificate or a denial of the certificate shall be issued; and(b) Either: (i) Whose supervision history will be reviewed to determine eligibility for a Certificate of Completion; or(ii) Whose criminal history and supervision history will be reviewed to determine eligibility for a Certificate of Rehabilitation.(6) "Supervised" means that an individual is placed under the jurisdiction of the Division.Md.
