Section 12.12.27.03 - General Provisions

A. Except as provided in this chapter, COMAR 12.12.01-----12.12.25 governing the Institution also governs the Program.

B. Parole is a privilege and not a right. Parole may be revoked in accordance with the procedures described in COMAR 12.12.13.03B.
