The State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) shall conduct compliance inspections and triennial safety audits in accordance with the MDOT Rail Safety Oversight Program Standard and the RTA System Safety Program Plan/Agency Safety Plan and in accordance to the requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 5329(e).
