Section 11.24.02.01 - Established

A. Pursuant to Transportation Article, § 7-203.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, there is hereby created the State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) for the Maryland Transit Administration, hereafter referred to as the Rail Transit Agency (RTA) and any other fixed guideway rail public transportation system solely within the State of Maryland.
