Section 11.17.06.04 - Minor ApplicationA. The application for an identification card for a minor under 18 years old shall be cosigned by a parent or a legal guardian of the applicant. If the applicant has no parent or legal guardian, or is married, an adult employer of the applicant or any other responsible adult over 18 years old can cosign.B. The individual cosigning the application of a minor shall certify that the statements made in the application are true to the best of the cosigner's knowledge, information, and belief.Md.
