Section 11.14.07.13 - Sound Level LimitsA. A person may not sell, offer for sale, distribute, or lease a new motor vehicle that produces a sound level that exceeds the sound level limit specified in Table 5 for the category of vehicle when measured under the moving vehicle test site procedures established by Regulation .14 of this chapter. Compliance with the sound level limits established in this chapter may not be construed as limiting or precluding the enforcement of other regulations establishing maximum sound levels under approved test procedures.B.
