Section 11.02.04.04 - Affirmative Action PlanA. The Department shall develop an Affirmative Action Plan to address any need for corrective action.B. The Affirmative Action Plan shall:(1) Be designed to achieve equal opportunity through positive, aggressive, and continuous results-oriented measures to correct past or present discriminatory practices and their effects on the conditions and privileges of employment; and(2) Provide general and specific procedural guidance in relation to:(a) Publicity and dissemination of equal opportunity/affirmative action (EO/AA) matters;(b) EO/AA requirements in employee recruitment and selection; and(c) EO/AA related education and training.Md.
