Section 10.65.04.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Advertising" means calling to the attention of the public the services one has to offer.

(2) "Board" means the Board of Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Examiners.

(3) "Licensee" means an individual who is licensed by the Board to practice massage therapy.

(4) "Registrant" means an individual who is registered by the Board to practice massage therapy in a setting that is not a health care setting.
