Section 10.56.09.05 - Guidelines for Disciplinary Sanctions
A. Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may impose the following sanctions and penalties for violations of the Maryland Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionists Act and its regulations according to the minimum and maximum sanctions and penalties set forth as follows:

(5) Impairment (mentally, physically, or through the use of drugs or alcohol)ProbationDenial of a license application or revocation and $5,000 fine
(6) FraudReprimandDenial of a license application or revocation and $5,000 fine
(7) Reciprocal disciplineReprimandDenial of a license application or revocation and $5,000 fine
(8) Sexual misconductActive suspension for 1 yearRevocation and $5,000 fine
(9) Unprofessional conduct in the practice of dieteticsReprimandRevocation and $5,000 fine

B. If a licensee is found in violation of more than one category enumerated in this chapter, the ranges with the maximum sanction and the range with the maximum penalty associated with those categories shall be applied.
