Section 10.56.07.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Advertising" means using any medium to call to the attention of the public the services one has to offer.

(2) "Board" means the State Board of Dietetic Practice.

(3) "Dietitian or nutritionist" means an individual who holds a current license to practice dietetics in Maryland.
