Section 10.56.05.01 - Scope

A. These regulations establish continuing education requirements for licensed dietitians and licensed nutritionists in the State of Maryland.

B. The objectives of these regulations are the:

(1) Maintenance of professional competency; and

(2) Improvement of professional skills.
