Section 10.54.02.09 - Program Costs - General

A local agency may have the following administrative and program services costs:

A. Direct costs, as allowed under 7 CFR Part 3016, which are identifiable costs incurred exclusively for the purpose of the Program; and

B. Indirect costs, as allowed by 7 CFR Part 3016, which are those costs incurred for a common purpose benefitting more than one program.
