Section 10.54.01.01 - Scope

This chapter specifies the eligibility policies and procedures and the benefits available under the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC Program or Program) operated by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, with funding substantially provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, § 17, as amended.
