Section 10.53.10.05 - Penalties

Violation of this chapter is a violation of Health Occupations Article, §§ 8-6 B-23 and 8-6 B-18(a)(10), Annotated Code of Maryland, and may result in disciplinary action pursuant to Health Occupations Article, § 8-6B-18, Annotated Code of Maryland.
