Section 10.53.06.01 - Application for Approval
A. An institution shall be approved by the Board before initiating an electrology program.
B. An institution seeking approval of an educational program shall submit to the Board:
(1) A completed application on a form required by the Board;
(2) A copy of the curriculum and course outline:
(a) Describing how the program meets the requirements of Regulations .04 and .05 of this chapter; and
(b) Providing for at least 600 hours of instruction;
(3) A copy of the course catalog; and
(4) Evidence of approval by MHEC.
C. The Board shall notify the educational program of its decision within 60 days of the day a completed application is received by the Board.
