Section 10.51.06.09 - Quality Assurance Manager - Qualifications

A quality assurance manager of a forensic laboratory shall:

A. Hold an earned baccalaureate or advanced degree from an accredited institution in:

(1) Forensic science;

(2) A natural science such as:

(a) Chemistry;

(b) Physics; or

(c) Biology; or

(3) A subspecialty of a natural science such as:

(a) Organic chemistry;

(b) Biochemistry; or

(c) Molecular biology; and

B. Complete a training program as determined by the laboratory director.
