Section 10.51.01.01 - Purpose

The intent of this subtitle is to require a forensic laboratory to:

A. Employ qualified employees; and

B. Operate and perform forensic analyses under:

(1) Reliable procedures;

(2) Effective quality control and quality assurance programs; and

(3) Qualified supervision.
