Section 10.49.01.02 - Reimbursement Claim Fees

A. The Board shall:

(1) Release an unclaimed body under its control to a relative or friend; and

(2) Be reimbursed for expenses incurred for transportation, storage, preparation, cremation, and supplies and materials used.

B. The Board may, at its discretion, waive the fee under §A(2) of this regulation, based on economic hardship.
