Section 10.44.22.14 - Penalties for Violation

A. Violation of these regulations by a licensee, pertaining to the continuing education requirements for license renewal, shall result in nonrenewal of the license.

B. A false statement on a renewal form constitutes unprofessional conduct and may result in disciplinary action against the licensee as set forth in Health Occupations Article, § 4-315, Annotated Code of Maryland.
