Section 10.44.08.03 - Imposition of a Civil Penalty

After a hearing as provided in COMAR 10.44.07, the Board may impose a civil penalty against a dentist for violation of Health Occupations Article, § 4-315, and pertinent regulations:

A. In place of, or in addition to, suspension of a dentist's license; or

B. In addition to the revocation of a dentist's license.
