Section 10.44.07.26 - Disposition
A. If the Board issues a notice of intent to summarily suspend a license before summarily suspending a license, after the show cause hearing, it may vote to:
(1) Order a summary suspension;
(2) Deny the summary suspension;
(3) Enter into an order agreed upon by the parties; or
(4) Enter into any interim order warranted by the circumstances of the case, including one providing for stay of the summary suspension subject to certain conditions.
B. If the Board orders a summary suspension before a show cause hearing, at the conclusion of the hearing, the Board may vote to:
(1) Affirm its order of summary suspension;
(2) Rescind the order for summary suspension;
(3) Enter into an order agreed upon by the parties; or
(4) Enter into any interim order warranted by the circumstances of the case, including one providing for a stay of the summary suspension subject to certain conditions.
C. An order for summary suspension or any other order of the Board issued after the initiation of summary suspension proceedings are final orders of the Board and public documents under State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 6, Annotated Code of Maryland.
