Section 10.44.07.14 - Motions

A. A motion shall be accompanied by a memorandum of points and authorities and shall be filed with the Board at least 15 days before the hearing. A copy shall be served on the opposing party.

B. A response shall be filed with the Board at least 7 days before the hearing and a copy served on the opposing party.

C. The Board may consider a motion on the day of the hearing.
